How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent provider. Not to Zeroim Remodeling. We make the introduction. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.
Each provider runs their own business. They set their own prices, schedules and terms. That is why two estimates for the same bathroom can look so different.
What happens on the call
Expect a plain conversation. The provider will ask what you want changed. They may ask about the age of the house, the size of the room and what you have now. They may ask about leaks, past repairs or soft spots.
Next they usually offer to visit. A visit lets them see the real conditions. A quote given without seeing the room is a rough guess.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send an estimate request and let a provider reach out.
What to ask a provider
Keep a short list handy:
- Is the estimate in writing, and does it list the full scope?
- What is not included?
- What happens if you find rot, old pipe or bad wiring?
- How are changes to the plan priced?
- Who does the work, the provider or a subcontractor?
- Can you show proof of license and insurance?
- What is the payment schedule?
- How long will the job take, and what could change that?
In an older home, press harder on the surprise question. Hidden damage is common behind old tile and under old floors.
It also helps to write down the answers as you go. Notes make it much easier to compare providers later, when the details start to blur together.
You are in control
You can ask for several estimates. You can say "let me think." You can walk away. No one at Zeroim Remodeling will push you to sign.
Good providers do not mind being compared. If one rushes you, treat that as a signal. Read the scope twice. Then decide.
