Zeroim Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We do not promise their availability, response time, schedule, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get an itemized written quote and a written contract.
